The decorative covers, the lithographed flyleaves, the title page, four chapter interim pages, vignettes and edge decorations designed by Theo Nieuwenhuis. Printed in seven colors on watermarked paper in an edition of 400 copies. This luxury edition was worked on for nearly two years by the decorative artist Theo Nieuwenhuis. 194 pp. 200 x 155 mm (7¾ by 6 inches).
