Size: 505 x 330 mm (20 x 13 inches). Georges Goursat (1863–1934) aka SEM, was a famous French illustrator / caricaturist. Around 1923, he published three fabulous albums under the general title of 'Le Nouveau Monde' (The New World). These featured all kinds of characters from Les Années Folles (1918–1934) - including his great friends Coco Chanel and the American dancer Leonora Hughes.
Condition: A little chipping to the edges of the heavy paper sheet, with some small closed tears (two repaired). Slight foxing and darkening to the edge only. Overall in a very good condition.
