The 22 Biographies include Harry Furniss, Max, Beerbohm, Brock, John Hassall, Cecil Aldin, J.A. Shepherd and Hilda Cowham (the sole female representative). Pale blue green buckram binding with titles and illustration of a jester to the front board.

Condition: The binding is a little bumped, and there is some discolouration / staining to the front board (not really affecting board illustration). Internally, the book is in solid condition, but with moderate foxing to the end papers, and mild to moderate foxing / darkening to the pages.
