Connal* to the inside front board. The end papers match the boards. Top edge gilt. half-title, title, dedication, preface & text. LI, 312 pp. 190 by 120mm (7½ by 4¾ inches). *Kenneth H.M. Connal became Lt Colonel of the Lanarkshire Yeomanry in 1910. In 1915 he was commanding the Queen's Own Regiment. in 1916 he returned to his medical studies.
Condition: There is a touch of rubbing to the edges of the spine. Slight stain to the front board, but still attractive. A little creasing to the title page. The rest of the illustrations and text block are in good, clean condition. An attractive work.
