The front hinge is slightly weak and the paper cracking, still holding though. To the front end paper are a stamp from the Lycée d'Alger and an ex-libris belonging to Alfred Holden. Cutcliffe Hyne (1866–1944) was an English writer known for his contributions to adventure and science fiction literature, particularly for his stories exploring the myth of Atlantis.
