This is printed in red and black to the front board, and is covered by a textured glassine book wrapper. Followed by (16) pages of text, plus a blind embossed and red printed folder with twelve illustrated loose sheets of stiff card in the original envelope. Approx. 41.5 x 30.5 cm. There were also thirteen copies with an original drawing by the artist. Published with the support of the Victor Stuyvaert Foundation; foreword by Paul Eeckhout. The glassine cover is very clean, with just a touch of edgewear to the head and tail of the spine. The card covers of the two portfolios are fairly clean, but have a little marking to them. The pages and the stiff card illustrations are in excellent condition. A lovely example of this work.
