International Sporting Club, 1963. First edition. A programme for the International Television Festival, held in Monaco in January 1963. Although there are no illustrations, the programme is a fascinating snapshot of the entertainment of the festival. Cream stiff paper throughout, and bound with a string of twisted rope, the covers are printed in gold. The covers are of a slightly stiffer card, and the paper within is Johannot laid paper. The first leaf is a foreword by Prince Rainer of Monaco. The next leaf is the list of awards. A truly international event, there were awards for the USSR, Germany, France, Japan, Great Britain, Czechoslovakia, and the USA. The next two leaves, printed in red and black, tell us about the dinner dance and entertainment. The main even was the Spectacle, which was led by Marléne Dietrich, then in her 63rd year. Overall the condition is very good, with a little darkening and marking to the covers only. 330 by 250mm (13 by 9¾ inches). Première édition. Bien qu'il ne comporte aucune illustration, ce programme offre un aperçu fascinant des animations proposées lors du festival. Entièrement réalisé sur papier rigide de couleur crème et relié à l'aide d'une cordelette torsadée, il présente des couvertures imprimées en doré. Les couvertures sont en carton légèrement plus rigide, tandis que le papier utilisé à l'intérieur est du papier vergé Johannot. La première page contient une préface du prince Rainier de Monaco. La page suivante présente la liste des prix décernés. Événement véritablement international, des prix ont été attribués à l'URSS, à l'Allemagne, à la France, au Japon, à la Grande-Bretagne, à la Tchécoslovaquie et aux États-Unis. Les deux pages suivantes, imprimées en rouge et noir, décrivent le dîner dansant et les animations. L'événement principal était le Spectacle, animé par Marlène Dietrich, alors âgée de 63 ans. Dans l'ensemble, l'état est très bon, avec seulement quelques traces de noircissement et de marques sur les couvertures. 330 × 250 mm (13 × 9¾ pouces).

Tokyo: Epoi, 2015. First edition. Scarce hardcover box containing 6 full colour photographs plates, and one introductory plate. This work was designed for Epoi, a new genuine leather bag brand, made in Japan. The art photography couple Maurice Scheltens and Liesbeth Abbenes together created a series of six photographic works using the leather parts of bags - inspired by the designs of Alexander Calder. Only 500 copies were produced; printed on large-format, ultra-thick card and presented as individual plates - all in excellent condition. The box has some light bumping to the top and bottom corners (shown in photos), otherwise very good and clean. 41 x 31 cm.

Cet ouvrage a été conçu pour Epoi, une nouvelle marque de sacs en cuir véritable fabriqués au Japon. Le couple de photographes artistiques Maurice Scheltens et Liesbeth Abbenes a créé une série de six œuvres photographiques à partir de pièces de cuir provenant de sacs, inspirées des créations d'Alexander Calder. Seulement 500 exemplaires ont été produits, imprimés sur du papier cartonné ultra-épais grand format et présentés sous forme de planches individuelles, toutes en excellent état. Le coffret présente quelques légères traces d'usure sur les coins supérieurs et inférieurs (visibles sur les photos), mais est dans l'ensemble en très bon état. 41 x 31 cm.
