One of the most popular books of his work, including several of his "Paris by night" photographs, as well as photographs of Picasso etc. With essays in French "L'oeil de Paris" by Henry Miller and "Souvenirs de mon Enfance" by Brassaï. Edited by Robert Delpire and Pierre Faucheux. Very slight rubbing to the boards, and a little staining to the rear panel and some rubbing with loss to the head of the spine. Internally in very good condition, with slight darkening to the page edges only. Unpaginated by 42 pages with 55 black and white plates.
