The softback with Art Deco illustrated covers by Macdonald, is full of period illustrations, sepia photographs, and advertisements. A new three bed home in Hove would have cost you £720 in 1936. The covers are in good, strong condition, with just a little marking to the edges. Inside, this work is in excellent condition throughout. The folding map of the area is untorn and still tipped in to the rear cover. 100 pages. 210 by 160mm (8¼ by 6¼ inches).
