Very slight weakening to the front hinge of vol. 1. Originally published in 1839, this edition was edited by H.S. & A.B.I.P. and edited by Morier. It was published in the UK in the year of Madame Von Paalzow's death. Morier was a diplomat, traveller and novelist, who was the author of 'The adventures of Haji Baba of Ispahan' 190 by 120mm (7½ by 4¾ inches). 3 volumes - 1ère édition Ainsi (édition anglaise). Reliure plein cuir de l'époque, avec détails dorés, et décoration au dos de chaque volume. Titres et tomaison aux étiquettes au dos. Il y a un petit frottement aux coins/bords des trois volumes. Quelques rousseurs sur les pages, mais dans l'ensemble en très bon état. Très léger affaiblissement à la charnière avant du vol. 1. Initialement publiée en 1839, cette édition a été éditée par H.S. & A.B.I.P. et édité par Morier. Il a été publié au Royaume-Uni l'année de la mort de Madame Von Paalzow.
