The Kitzsteinhorn is a mountain peak in Salzburg in the Austrian Central Alps with an elevation of 3203 meters. Tidy copy, with a touch of creasing and one small closed tear to the edge. #2895 - Kaprunerthal, Mooserboden. The reservoir (Mooserboden) with the Kaprun peaks in the distance. Kaprun is a town southwest of Salzburg in the Austrian Alps. It sits at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Nice photograph with a few small closed tears to the edges (now repaired). 230 by 283mm

#2887 - Kapruner Thal Sigmund thum klamm - A waterfall in a valley in the Salzburg region. Slightly later image in a different series to the other two - dated in the plate 1898. No significant wear (one 1mm nick). clean copy. 280mm x 230mm

Binding is firm and holding well, although slightly shaken to the front board. Blue marbled end papers. Half title, title. The first few pages are significantly foxed. There is then light to moderate foxing throughout the book. Owner's date to half title. Notes in ink (from 1976) written to the rear end paper, and some margins. A few stains and marks to the work. X, frontis, [ii], folding map, 3-318 pages. 250 x 170 mm Édition non datée, ancienne ou originale. C1850. Reliure demi-cuir vert de l'époque avec plats marbrés et titres dorés. Petits frottements aux plats et au dos. la reliure est ferme et tient bien, bien que légèrement secouée au premier plat. gardes marbrées bleues. faux-titre, titre. Les premières pages sont considérablement renards. Il y a ensuite des rousseurs légères à modérées tout au long du livre. Date du propriétaire au demi-titre.
