Early 20th Century, circa 1930 from the distinctly Art Deco styling and clothing. A young woman holds her hat against the wind, whilst her skirt (cut to the "Italian Length" billows. Nice colouring. Watermark to paper. A touch of edge wear to the large margins. Engraving 350 mm x 195 mm. Size in total: 460 mm x 300 mm
